Brittney owns multiple businesses, including BrittneyKate Builds a commercial framing company, Neat N Clean Co.
a commercial cleaning company, and BrittneyKate Properties is her real estate company.
She's seeking an assistant who can both jump in and physically assist in her daily tasks as well as capture content for the business social media pages.
Schedule / Pay:
This position would be full-time, paying $18-22/ hour.
Typical work week would be Monday thru Friday, 6/6:
30am - 2/2:
30pm with minor flexibility with start and end times.
Brittney's schedule is ever changing, so a Personal Assistant able to bend and flex with her schedule is ideal.
Requirements include:
Positive / go with the flow style attitude.
Bring good energy! Ability to physically move quickly, at a decent pace to keep up with Brittney.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs at times.
Creative, self-starter mindset.
Driver's License and Reliable transportation.
Must love dogs! Brittney rescues small dogs that live in her home and may be on site at the office.
An ideal candidate would have or display the following qualities or skills:
Quick listener/ Note taker - Ability to listen and grasp concepts or instructions the first time without needing multiple reminders.
Take notes and/or follow up on research for things Brittney might need.
Quick learner, quick witted, quick to think, quick to adapt, and problem solve when errors occur.
Ability to switch pace quickly - You might be chilling one moment and need to get up and grind the next.
Ability to navigate and work iPhone, Google, Google Maps, text messages, and relay driving directions to Brittney while she is driving.
Help her by being her eyes, ears, and navigate her from site to site using the fastest or best routes available.
Driving - Must have a valid driver's license and be a competent and confident driver.
You will be running errands driving either your personal vehicle or a company vehicle.
Running errands may include tagging along with Brittney in stores or running independently in a timely and efficient manner.
When using personal vehicle, you will not be reimbursed mileage.
Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Everyday can be a different day with some stability in routine tasks.
Ability to work together or independently to complete tasks.
Social Media Skills - Creativity and ability to capture and/or create social media posts for all 3 of Brittney's businesses.
Example - Life in the day of where you would capture moments in your day with Brittney to share the behind the scenes of being a woman, entrepreneur with multiple business entities.
Create and post TikToks, Facebook, and Instagram content.
Ability to be a self-starter, follow and help complete the on-going to do lists that Brittney has without being prompted or told which tasks can be completed.
When completing lists that require purchasing anything, be mindful of the quality, price and location of said items.
Brittney supports local businesses as often as possible, so smaller, local businesses are a great place to start if possible.
Ability to keep Brittney's lifestyle choices and needs in mind at all times.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
